Charlotte's Story

The General Dental Council (GDC) maintains a register of dentists who have fulfilled the criteria and been admitted to the GDCs specialists lists. Implant Dentistry is not included by the GDC as a specific specialty in the UK. Therefore the GDC plans to take action against any dentist claiming to be an Implant Specialist, Specialist in Implant Dentistry or Specialising in Implant Dentistry.
